We went for a lovely walk round Clumber Park Lake this evening (local National Trust property). We have changed our clocks here to british summer time, so we get to walk out in the lighter evenings.

  1. I imagine you have some Canadian geese that stay, just like we do. If your rains stop for more than a day at a time, you might be able to get out more often.

    1. They stay at Clumber park all year round Robert, constantly fed by visitors. We are doing well for the weather nice dry days for 3 in a row now. That bodes quite well for our yorkshire friends holiday in Wales :))

  2. There is nothing more captivating to me than watching a large bird in flight skimming over water. It is heady and glorious. My folks live on a lake, and I’m always peering out the windows to watch early morning and late evenings for the herons to take flight.

    1. Thanks Shelley, I really must get out soon with my camera. It seems ages since i took any new photos, watch this space soon 🙂
